Brigitte is the author of 12 books and teaches herbal medicine at universities in Boulder, CO. She has a weekly radio show and a private practice. Her presentation will cover topics such as the medicinal value of culinary herbs, strengthening the immune system, food as medicine, wild edible plants, and healing. There will be a Raw Food Potluck before the presentation at 6:00 PM. Please bring an organic, raw vegan dish serving six or more people. If you would like, bring a holiday dish and we can celebrate the beginning of the holiday season. The cost for the Potluck and Brigette's Presentation is $15.00, payable in cash or personal check.
