WHY EAT RAW FOOD?

What is the big deal about raw food?  Why is raw food better for you than healthy, cooked food like broccoli or a baked potato or bread, etc.?

Raw foods that are not heated above 118 degreees Fahrenheit still contain enzymes.  What are enzymes?  Enzymes make life possible.  They are catalysts for all reactions that take place in the human body. Over time, eating enzyme-deficient foods (cooked foods), results in physical degeneration and disease. When digestive enzymes are not present, the body draws upon its reserves of metabolic enzymes from the organs and glands. This weakens one's overall vitality. Cooked and processed foods have a cumulative effect on the body. If your body is devoid of enzymes, your body will not function properly and your brain will be starved, drugged, and poisoned. It follows then that our thoughts will be inappropriate and out of harmony with the Earth.

If you do not get enough enzymes, your food cannot be completely broken down and absorbed. When food that is not completely broken down arrives in your blood stream, the white blood cells have to work harder to destroy it.  This lowers your immune response. Fats that have not been digested can stick to the sides of your blood vessels. Molds such as candida albicans start to live in your blood feeding on the complex sugars that have not been completely broken down. Candida can then move into your cells and release toxins into your body.

Enzymes help with weight loss, promote detoxification, and improve digestion. Raw plant foods, which contain an abundance of enzymes, are an effective means to combat anxiety, depression, disease, fear, immobility, insomnia, pain, stress, and worry.

Create a healthy and vibrant reality for yourself by eating fresh, organic, whole, ripe, raw foods that have all their enzymes intact. Increase your intake of raw foods and decrease your cooked food intake each day. Enzymes can be found in raw, uncooked fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and seeds that have not been heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit.
