I just finished reading an article in a magazine featuring a recipe for "Fowl Balls". I will not name the publication because I intend no malice toward the editor or publisher.
Apparently, Sioux Falls Stadium in South Dakota will be the first sports venue in the country to offer their patrons turkey testicles. It seems that breaded and fried Fowl Balls make a great appetizer. The article goes on to include a recipe for Fowl Balls which includes two pounds of turkey testicles, flour, vinegar, etc. Additionally, the article states that finer establishments prefer using calf, sheep, or turkey testicles instead of bull because of their more uniform size and tender texture.
Even if we needed animal flesh for our protein needs (which we do not), should we resort to eating the testicles of dead animals? Perhaps, people do not consider what is in their food before they eat it. Also, they are probably not aware of the damage that has been done to the Earth from the eating of meat (animal flesh)?
